About Me

Hi, I’m Thomas! I live in Baltimore, Maryland and have been born and raised here. I started out my tech journey as a Computer Engineering student at UMBC. I first became interested in low-level application code working with FPGA’s and microcontrollers. I’ve always been attracted to the lower levels of programmers, closer to the board. Network engineering has always intrigued me and I love being in this area of tech!

I began my OSGi career in 2019 and am in love with this protocol. I work as a product developer and first-time FAE. I love to interact with clients and problem solve with them. My main passion is programming but I always feel the need to understand the underlying network beneath my code. I wrote my thesis on my proposal for enhancing security within the TCP protocol. I investigate an added layer that sits on top of TCP/IP and offers further security measures during client-server handshaking and throughout all transmission.

If this interests you like it does me then check out my TCP-Finite-State-Machine product you can find on the main toolbar of my site 👆.

I made this blog to talk about topics that interest me or just anything going through my mind that I wanted to write down. I hope you enjoy!!!
